Anesthesia: General, midline oral RAE tube
Patient position: Supine, neck roll
Bed position: 90°

Lights: Overhead lights only
Power: None
Bovie Settings: 10-10, Colorado tip
Preinjection: None
Prep: Betadine
Drapes: 4 towels around face + split sheet.
Instrument sets: Cleft lip instrument set
Anesthesia: Midline oral RAE tube

Special Instruments: Methylene blue, a 6700 Beaver blade, and a needle (25g to tattoo), Bovie scratch pad
Devices/Implants: None
Hypodermic needles: 27 gauge needle
Syringes: 5 mL syringe
Drains: None
Suture: 4-0 chromatic RB – 1, 4-0 vicryl RB1, 5-0 chromic cutting, 5-0 fast gut, Dermabond
Anesthesia on field: 1% lidocaine 1/100 K epinephrine
Dressing: None
